I’m Mel Sebastian, a neuroaffirming therapist, hypnotherapist, and counsellor with a background in behaviour support, education and mental health.
I help individuals, children, and families find balance through counselling, and use hypnotherapy to support weight loss, behavioural change and personal breakthroughs.

I work with adults, children and teens, NDIS (self & plan-managed) and private clients with affordable rates for everyone.
